Land and Environment Court Reporter
The Land & Environment Court Reporter is a joint initiative of the LGSA and Maddocks Lawyers. The content is currently supplied by Stan Kondilios, Prue Burns and Michael Winram of Maddocks Lawyers.
The aim of this new monthly publication is to provide councils with a summary of the outcomes of the major cases at the Land & Environment Court.
It is emailed to all councils every month.
The President of the Local Government Association is the editor of the publication. Feedback and comments are welcome and should be directed to the Associations' Legal Officer Frank Loveridge email: frank.loveridge@lgsa.org.au.
