LGSAs' Management Solutions Remuneration Report 2011-12

Using a unique council classification system, the Remuneration Report provides a direct comparison of remuneration levels measured against NSW councils with similar characteristics or in the same region.   

What is the Remuneration Report?

The report provides statistical comparative remuneration data covering the roles of general manager, directors, managers and supervisors. It is based on data collected from NSW councils through the annual LGSA Remuneration Survey using standardised data collection techniques. Reports are tailored to each council and provided solely for decision-makers in member councils of the Associations.    

Survey participation

All councils in NSW are encouraged to submit their data.

The 2011-2012 Remuneration Survey has been distributed to councils, if you wish to participate in this project please contact Elizabeth Barron.

Ordering a report

The Remuneration Report is available to councils as PDF document.  A hard copy can be posted to you on request.

Councils can request reports to suit their own budget cycle and reports are tailored to their specific needs.
